This branch is awful & I wish I could give them zero stars. The receptionist is extremely unprofessional and clearly doesn't understand she is working in a customer service industry. I had my state farm branch fax their office twice to remove me from their policy since I decided to switch to someone else. I called the second time to make sure they received it & to confirm I would not be charged again for that month. The receptionist said yes I have it you're all taken care of. This location is trash.
This agency is terrible now. Since the lady I started out with left you can't get anyone on the phone. You leave messages but no one calls you back. I finally got feed up and cancelled by policies and went somewhere else. Problem is they took the monthly draft anyway. Don't know how long that will take to get back. Ugh!
