Worst experience ever. I honestly don't know how this person can keep his job based on all the of the major mistakes he made. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!
I should iterate that State Farm itself has treated me well, however this location has caused me issues for years. I never manage to be able to talk to my agent, it takes months to add a new car, and somehow longer for them to update my address. I then received a 50 percent increase in my premium with no explanation, and they never returned my messages asking why, only sending multiple promises they would call me back.
