We have had John Hamman as our agent for 26 yrs and have always had excellent service from all of his staff. The office mgr Christi has been there 26 yrs also and always helpful with my questions. Claims have always been handled fast and there's actually live people to talk to without all the run around. I highly recommend them and plan to continue using their services.
This specific office has horrible miscommunication. Make sure you double check & triple check what your policy includes and what you pay for. Very disorganized office. They will make mistakes and take no accountability, leaving you to flip the bill. You’ve been warned.
