If I can give a zero I would. I had been with Derek Inn office for over 10 years and have not completed my insurance request he keeps using excuses. However, Derek explains to me that STATE FARM is doing this on purpose since the state of California is changing the regulations which affects state farm pockets UNTIL THE CHANGES ARE MADE, THEY ARE GOING TO GROUP TOGETHER WITH OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES TO GET THEIR WAY. Speaking with friends and family it's happening with them also. BE ALERT CALIFORNIA

The office visits beat the socks off the website. The man who kept things moving, my man Eddie, has moved on to bigger responsibilities...his replacement has unique style all his own but it seems to be working. Deryk has a good feel for people, obviously...only one way for him: UPward!
0 STARS! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Posted a review last year giving this office 1 more chance....Guess what? Still GARBAGE. Does not respond to emails within 24 hrs. Does not respond to phone calls, and ...SHOCKER!!! NOT EVEN ANYONE IN THE OFFICE!!! FIRED. Called corporate and got a new agent
