I called in my windshield chip & State Farm began my claim right then. I drove to shop for repair & claim was ready for me. It was repaired within 10 minutes & taken care of immediately by State Farm.

We have been with State Farm for the better part of 50 years in several different locations, the Ed Smith agency has been one if the best agencies, from products to advice. Rebecca has been more of a consultant than anything, personalized customer service is valuable and rare these days We do appreciate Ed and Rebecca.

I have been with State Farm for a few years. Any Personal and Business insurance questions I have had they answered very quickly, sensibly and always pointing out ways to save money The staff is very courteous and know me by name, not account #. I'm very satisfied with the service I have received.
