We went and seen Alan Jackson last night and was very disappointed. We paid good money for our seats but was yelled at the entire night when we would try to stand up and dance. The people around us complained so much that we even got yelled at for bring food from the concession stand in to our seats...this venue is unlike any other I have ever been to. I definitely dont want to return any time soon.

Horrible customer service, Gave us seets not even close to where I requested. After I verified 3 or 4 times that the seats are where they said they were. terrible. wwe event. There excuse was they didn't know where the entrance would be. Then they said they would send me a voucher for discount on next event. Nothing The manager is just as bad.
We were there for a graduation and were instructed to bring empty water bottles to fill up at the water fountains at the stadium only to discover that the water coming from the water fountains were all steaming HOT WATER. OTHERWISE the stadium was beautiful and comfortable, but we were parched dry and uncomfortable upon leaving.
We went to the Garth Brooks concert, which was excellent! Traffic was terrible, was storming, and we got lost, but all changed when we got there. We parked easily. Staff was all extremely friendly! Our seats were taped off due to the sound guys. The manager came right down and took us up by the stage and sat us a couple of rows from the stage! He made sure these were okay with us. Was awesome! He was so friendly! The State Farm Center should be very proud of their staff!
Great concert & honest employees...found/returned my lost phone. Thank you sooooo much!!!
