Debbie was very helpful in guiding me through a claims issue with the State Farm Claims department (my claim department was based in Atlanta). Because of Debbie’s assistance, I was able to receive a fair resolution to the issue and I can say that the theft and subsequent replacement of the damaged equipment was adequately addressed.
