After personally working for them I would not recommend them to any one needing a repair or replacement. There techs have no actual tech knowledge or even know how to properly diagnosis a unit. They do not pull vacuums on any of there units which is critical in a compressors life so most of there new installs will need a new compressor in 2-3 years which cuts the life expectancy in LESS THAN HALF!
