Teach your employees how to do their job properly. I make the same 2 deposits every month without a single hiccup. Now all of a sudden you need different information than you’ve needed the past 4 years I’ve been making the same deposit. I then immediately go to the next state employee and was allowed to do the deposit as I normally do, no additional information. Wasting peoples time.
Melissa was amazing with helping me set up my user ID and App. She was truly knowledgeable and so sweet.
Horrible customer service, can in to get my balance’s and the lady gives me one balance and then takes on another customer, I had to get online again and wait to get my checking balance, really bad service
I'm not sure what happened to this credit union. It took me weeks and hours on the phone to get service. No one will help. I'm on the phone now closing an account I had since I was in High School. I'm almost 62 now. 23 mins and continuing to hold. The guy tells me he is literally the only one at the phone center and is typing my letter to close my account and I have to hold. What has become of our banking and credit union system in this country? Is this credit union in financial trouble? What the heck happened??
