The staff is generally nice and most of the time work pretty quickly.
Met with someone in the office for a simple domestic wire transfer. She was entirely unhelpful. That was several days ago and I still haven't heard from anyone at the bank to help me.
While the credit union keeps the same name, the culture and member experience are clearly different. Based on my experience, members are not treated consistently, and the level of professionalism varies by employee and branch. So, going back to keeping my relationship strictly transactional.
They need to open on Saturdays.. big inconvenience… I will start doing business with another bank that has Saturday hours!
this is the worst location ive been to. the employees are slow and rude. the atm machine never works; its either offline or not accepting checks / cash. this location needs a serious rebranding; new employees that actually do their job and an atm machine that actually works.
