What in the name of GOD have I signed up for? As a retiree, I discovered that every insurance plan while employed had been dropped; thus signed up for SEANC's Delta Dental Plan. What have I received after 6 months? Not one darn thing! No membership number, no Card, and no-one has a clue what has transpired all this time.
I have been trying to get in contact with someone to stop the recurring luther sales withdrawal out of my account. I have viewed the website and used the "contact us" link and called multiple times with no active response. My contract ended in October with all my payments successfully made. I need assistance to get my money back and to stop these payments.
Cudos to SEANC members across the state for their response to all our brothers and sisters in Western NC. The need is still great but SEANC truly cares!!!
