I had an issue with our Generac home generator, I scheduled service under warranty and a tech came out. He was friendly and explained why my issue probably wasn't anything to worry about. He did recommend getting the extended warranty however. I thought this was a good idea so emailed the office to get a quote. I received the quote and responded that I would like to go ahead and purchase the warranty. I then did not hear anything back for 5 months despite repeatedly emailing them. The service was good and only took 40 minutes to fix our generator, but they didn't explain their billing policy in advance and charged me for 80 minutes of drive time at $200 per hour.

I was very excited to finally find a company willing to service my non-Generac generator. A service that isn't easy to find. Service day came, and I did not really expecting them to show as the weather was horrible. No surprise, when they didn't show. I was however expecting a call to reschedule, but that never happened. Today I received a bill for $257 stating that they had showed, but left when they found the generator running with nobody home. We were home. Extremely expensive, basic service and repairs take months to get completed, poor customer service. Not recommended for any generator service.

Lovely building, you don't see architecture like this anymore. Tucked away in the base of a mountain. Beautiful hills and trees line the stea around it. You wouldnt even know there was town around the corner. Or adversely a multi level huge building hiding away.
