The company came to pick up their dumpster early in the morning. They did not ask me to move my vehicle so the driver backed into my car denting and leaving damage. I have in writing from Brad Horne that they will pay for the damage but I have been met with silence for both email and phone e calls. Would not be my first contact for a company but they were contracted through exterior pros.
Went out of their way to alleviate a issue. Great customer service
This company definitely wouldn’t have been my first choice. Our project is an insurance job so our contractor, Exterior Pros, was in charge of the hiring process in this scenario. That being said, when it comes to customer relations, this company is less than to be desired. They showed up to our home at 6:50am to pick up our dumpster and we woke up to our doorbell ringing.
