Following up on last review: The company finally answered my numerous emails and phone calls after I paid out of my own pocket for the damage done to my car. The company said they will mail me out a check. It is almost two months since I have paid and they have not sent a check nor have they answered my phone calls or emails. Every time I call, no matter the time of day, the owner Brad is never in his office and does not return phone calls like his voicemail says.
The company came to pick up their dumpster early in the morning. They did not ask me to move my vehicle so the driver backed into my car denting and leaving damage. I have in writing from Brad Horne that they will pay for the damage but I have been met with silence for both email and phone e calls. Would not be my first contact for a company but they were contracted through exterior pros.
Went out of their way to alleviate a issue. Great customer service
