Don't get a loan with this bank. They're terrible. I'm currently on hour two on hold being bounced around to different people trying to pay off a car loan. You can't do that on the app, or website, even though there's a button to do it. The customer service is farmed out to India and basically told me to do everything in the app. Which I can't do. This bank should hand out clown noses with their loan packages.

Excellent experience from the moment I walked in. Kiauuna Dent was amazing professional and got me what I needed within 30 minutes.
I am a long time client of SDFCU. And have had outstanding customer service. I was disappointed today. The agent assisted me at the front desk. Did not take me to her office. She asked for my personal information and left my account opened for no reason, until I looked at her surprised, she then closed the page. Can the branch manager please review the internal protocol to promote and protect security of its clients” accounts. I hope the branch manager reads this review and takes action. Disappointed client.
