They keep charging $30 dollars NSF fee when there is money in my account. The NSF fee is not specific nor give details about the transaction. I finally was able to speak to Anjie and she was great. Resolve the issue for me and EXPLAINED the changes and fees. She was honest and informative. I would LIKE IT if SCU go back to their old policies for overdrafts. Customers already have enough fees and bills to handle.
Wonderful and professional group of people. Erin M., the loan officer who assisted me in getting a vehicle loan went above and beyond and made the whole process very enjoyable.
