Horrible insurance company. They don’t know what they’re doing. Lazy staff, super useless. Big monopoly considering they’re the only roofing company available in California for roofing.

I went to your insurance company intending to inquire about insurance services, but I was stopped and questioned by the security guard downstairs. I was told that I must call your number before entering. I was only trying to consult about your services. Why didn’t you make it clear in advance that visitors are required to call before coming? Had I known this, I would have reconsidered whether to visit your office
