Avoid them if you can. In my experience their insurance agents are not good and unavailable over the phone. This company has very stringent policy rules. They will charge you a yearly premium regardless, even if you need to cancel the policy after a few months. So if you have to get a policy from them, make sure don’t need to cancel after a few months and you are looking for a yearly insurance plan. Horrible insurance company. They don’t know what they’re doing. Lazy staff, super useless. Big monopoly considering they’re the only roofing company available in California for roofing.

I went to your insurance company intending to inquire about insurance services, but I was stopped and questioned by the security guard downstairs. I was told that I must call your number before entering. I was only trying to consult about your services. Why didn’t you make it clear in advance that visitors are required to call before coming? Had I known this, I would have reconsidered whether to visit your office
