I had a great experience. It was nice to go to a smaller shop where I felt more appreciated as a customer. Treated very well, great careful exam. Every point of contact with the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. They got to know who I am, what I valued in eye wear, and worked with me to come up with the perfect set of glasses!
We just switched to State College Eye care. Today was our first appointment for my whole family. We absolutely loved it. They are wonderful people and we were very well treated. We are all very happy with our switch we just made.
All of the staff are awesome with kids
I've never felt more comfortable in an eye doctor's office! The staff are amazing and super friendly. When I needed to chose new frames, they both helped me chose the right ones without making me feel judged on my likes/dislikes. I often stop in and have my glasses adjusted to be more snug around my ears and Jami is always willing to do it for me without complaining. The optometrist is super sweet and genuine.
