Dr. Sparks is a GOOD respresentative of Palmer Chiropractic. I am a Davenport native and harsh judge of chiros. I have been adjusted since birth and I am 60! This Doctor is amazing and one of the best; and I am comparing her to her instructors. State Center and the surrounding communities are BLESSED to have this level of chiropractor in our community!
