I purchased a BaByliss Pro Flat Iron from this location. Spend over $120 (not cheap). Six month into using this product, one of the warmer plates stopped working. I called store and was directed to contact manufacturer as they do not complete in-store replacements. Upon Googling company and emailing twice with no response, I called store back and lady working was not helpful at all.
