The manager Kristy is incredibly rude. Her staff made an error resulting in funds being held for days after being told the charge would drop at the end of the day. Kristy was unable to solve the problem and had a poor attitude during the whole encounter. Not only is she unable to keep record of transaction but she is also unable to answer for missing funds.
