I visited the Springfield State Beauty Supply store today, which was my first time at this location as I typically frequent the Joplin store. After 13 years of experience as a stylist, I was surprised to receive discourteous treatment. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted, and when I inquired about a sale, the staff responded rudely, implying I shouldn't have been there.
