Rude staff and owner. Mocking customers because I don't like your ridiculous policy of not listing the prices a large portion of your stock is childish and unprofessional. When you're servicing license professionals maybe act like professionals rather than using every manipulative tactic in the books to hide your price increases.
I am torn with this store. I was close to never going back…alot of products out of stock and always a new girl checking me out. Then it will get better but I am really getting tired of the unprofessional staff. I have been going to state for 20 years and had a girl tell me yesterday that I didn’t have a retail account in the system. I had to tell her my account number. The no prices on products is another issue. I think I’m done. Very stressful store.
