I am torn with this store. I was close to never going back…alot of products out of stock and always a new girl checking me out. Then it will get better but I am really getting tired of the unprofessional staff. I have been going to state for 20 years and had a girl tell me yesterday that I didn’t have a retail account in the system. I had to tell her my account number. The no prices on products is another issue. I think I’m done. Very stressful store.
Since undergoing new management, I have frequented this store and purchased several items numerous times. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and helped me determine what was best for my hair. I will definitely go back!
