I am not recommending State Beauty Supply in Cedar Rapids. After ordering on the phone with Stacy we went to pick up products and nobody was there. When I called to order I wasn't told they closed in 10 min, even though I said we were on the way. They Wouldn't give me refund on my purchase only store credit even though I never was able to pick them up or sign credit card receipt.
