Awful experience. Took over 5 months to close on a deal that was already spelled out by lawyers in black and white. Not organized. Their systems for approving loans and closing are misleading. Costing me more money in insurance/lawyer/lease fees. Have had to re-write paper more than 3 times because they couldn’t get their part of the deal ready in time.
