I had a very concerning experience involving someone close to me at this location. During her visit, she was clearly not in a normal state… she was visibly disoriented, rambling, and not making much sense. Despite this, ERIC proceeded with the transaction and accepted not only the payment, but an additional $100 on top of a $40 tip. The woman sitting in the fridge my desk just seem so unfriendly and sad just first walking in. I had to ask if she was ok, because at first I wasn’t going to sit down. I just had a question because of the services offered when I looked them up on google, which the information was incorrect which I kind of figured that, but just inquiring nonetheless. You are servicing the public as I do as well. Your face says very much unfortunately. I had to leave a review because this woman just seemed so sad or angry for whatever reason.

I’ve used them twice in the last five years or so and Deborah had to deal with my both times. I can’t speak highly enough for her. She’s been nothing but very kind and extremely helpful. They’re the only place I’d use for any future needs.
