The woman sitting in the fridge my desk just seem so unfriendly and sad just first walking in. I had to ask if she was ok, because at first I wasn’t going to sit down. I just had a question because of the services offered when I looked them up on google, which the information was incorrect which I kind of figured that, but just inquiring nonetheless. You are servicing the public as I do as well. Your face says very much unfortunately. I had to leave a review because this woman just seemed so sad or angry for whatever reason.
I’ve used them twice in the last five years or so and Deborah had to deal with my both times. I can’t speak highly enough for her. She’s been nothing but very kind and extremely helpful. They’re the only place I’d use for any future needs.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a tag agency. The lady here is hostile, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping, all she did was get frustrated and insult me . When I called her out on her behavior, she got embarrassed and screamed at the top of her lungs like a true Karen. That is not how you treat customers. Absolutely horrible business practices. Throughly knowledgeable about the business and has the professionalism to offer clients who are unaware of what they need to complete the transaction in dealing with DMV. I've done business with State Auto Tag on more than one occasion....completely satisfied.
