My wife and I have done business with Eric and his wife for over 30 years. I had a very concerning experience involving someone close to me at this location. During her visit, she was clearly not in a normal state… she was visibly disoriented, rambling, and not making much sense. Despite this, ERIC proceeded with the transaction and accepted not only the payment, but an additional $100 on top of a $40 tip. At no point did anyone pause to question whether this was appropriate or take a moment to make sure she understood what she was doing.
