I have used this agency for a handful of vehicles . My last 2 interactions weren't so great . The last interaction left me very disappointed. I dealt with the young lady in the front . I wanted a blue antique plate for my classic truck and that didn't happen but the most disappointing aspect was that the vin on the title was missing the first 2 digits and this was brought to her attention . They pick up phone just to put you on wait and then pick up phone to put you back on Hold again. This is not state owned, You cannot get same-day services
Went there earlier in 2024 and Mars helped me get my first tag for my new car. Their mother, Deborah, helped me as well in December. They were very welcoming and made the process fast and easy.
Got VM from “Debbie”. To “pick something up”. When I called, lady was disgustingly rude and condescending. From the moment she answered the call, she responded to me as if I’m stupid. I turned in my license plate (process I hadn’t done in a while) so I just wanted specifics on how it works. Her rudeness made me cut the call short.
