This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a tag agency. The lady here is hostile, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping, all she did was get frustrated and insult me . When I called her out on her behavior, she got embarrassed and screamed at the top of her lungs like a true Karen. That is not how you treat customers. Absolutely horrible business practices. Throughly knowledgeable about the business and has the professionalism to offer clients who are unaware of what they need to complete the transaction in dealing with DMV. I've done business with State Auto Tag on more than one occasion....completely satisfied.
I have used this agency for a handful of vehicles . My last 2 interactions weren't so great . The last interaction left me very disappointed. I dealt with the young lady in the front . I wanted a blue antique plate for my classic truck and that didn't happen but the most disappointing aspect was that the vin on the title was missing the first 2 digits and this was brought to her attention . They pick up phone just to put you on wait and then pick up phone to put you back on Hold again. This is not state owned, You cannot get same-day services
Went there earlier in 2024 and Mars helped me get my first tag for my new car. Their mother, Deborah, helped me as well in December. They were very welcoming and made the process fast and easy.
