Worse job I ever had! Such aholes! Made me show proof I had a nanny at home when I did and still didn’t believe me ! Terrible company for working moms! I had a nanny and worked from home and they were in my back constantly micromanaging me! It was awful ! So glad I left

They left me stranded for 7 hours when I needed a tow. I spoke with 7 cs people. I finally called a tow Co. myself.

By far the worst auto insurance out there. Many agents are extremely unreliable. First, I was told I would get a call the following day. Didn't happen. Two days went by and nothing. I finally received a call (not even from an agent) that my car isn't even insured at all. Really? I checked my policy and it's insured. Dropping this sorry company and going with State Farm.

I contracted Covid from my former job and RTW took forever to settle the bills. I am still having residual effects and RTW just denied a bill that came in that is definitely related to my Covid. They should definitely be paying this bill. I hope I never have to deal with them again. Having Covid is bad enough but dealing with this stress is awful.
