Needed some minor body work on a 2013 Elantra, which included fixing some scratches/scuffs and painting rear bumper, replacing front bumper, a dent in the rear fender and under the driver's side door. The car looked brand new when I got it back. The manager, Ken, gave me a thorough quote and estimated when it would be ready. The final cost and delivery was exactly as quoted. These folks know what they are doing and I would definitely use them again.
I walked in at 15 till closing. I was the only customer. After I asked to have my bumper repair quoted, the man at the front desk glanced at the clock, huffed, and asked me to return tomorrow because he was busy and they were about to close. Not how I would handle a customer but that’s fine. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
