This State Attorney has clear Evidence of the case of our family pet Chase who was killed. With a full guilty statement of the man who did it. They dropped the Felony charge, moved it to a misdemeanor and then dropped that charge. Apparently our Justice System is a joke and they don't want to do thier job.
Wow. I don’t even know what to say. It pains me to say that apparently this place operates under no discernible logical or ethical system and instead just blindly follows a clearly flawed process. You need to contact the e police, and have them initiate a self investigation, which is just so ethically absurd I can’t even put it into words. They waste money on hearsay card. They are not fair and do not look into cases they just take cops word for stuff alot of people are being railroad into false charges..
The State Attorney’s assistant is compassionate, helpful, and kind. Originally I was upset when I reported serious stalking going on against me, and the State Attorney said there wasn’t enough evidence to prosecute the person I thought was responsible; fortunately the perpetrators came forward in a court setting, and new evidence got my case reopened with PCSO.
