This building is no longer a hotel managed by BridgeStreet. It has been converted to residential apartments and is extremely poorly managed. Building management is very difficult to contact and does not respond to service requests. None of the building tenants have received mailbox keys. The ACs don't work well. This is not acceptable from so-called luxury apartments. If you are considering getting a lease here, please do yourself a favor and find another place.
Beautiful apartments but our leasing process has been FAR from easy. The staff consistently uses the excuse of “being busy”. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of, regardless of what time of day you call. Constant following up with management just to get a call or email back that does NOT answer any of our questions. We were so excited to move in to our apartment, and now we are questioning why we signed a lease here. Our week stay was great. Great price for a two bedroom, two bath. loved the view and location. this is the only place I will stay in Chicago.
Apartments absolut empfehlenswert, nach zwei Aufenthalt (jeweils 4 Wochen). Ausstattung der Apartments mit allem notwendigen und inkl. Trocker/Waschmaschine. Ein Stern Abzug für Qualität der Einrichtung (max. Ikea-Qualität) und älteres Badezimmer. Für längere Aufenthalte ist Longterm-Parking (monthly rate of $350.00) empfehlenswert. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich!
