RecommendedVery professional and cordial. The work was completed in a very timely manner.
They came out and installed a new unit and took the time to explain how to use my new box (programmed it and had me do it so they knew I understood). Then when I messed it up somehow, the young lady liz that answered the phone was very polite and understanding and sent a technician out to help me figure out what I'd done wrong.
