I appreciate your company.Stacy in the office had Trask come and help me with my 19 year old AC unit.He got it going,but it w as time for a new and better unit(it stopped 3 days later).Stacy helped me through the process answering my questions and communicating always.Trask was polite,informative,and extremely nice.We had another technician out to check the measurements so there was no errors and yesterday Martin and his team were at my house switching out the AC's.If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. We have been trying to get a hold of them over an open invoice that has not been paid and have not received communication from them.
Great people to work with! Had a no cool issue and called them to schedule an appointment. They sent someone out right away and the two techs had the issue solved and my ac back up and working in less then an hour and prices were very competitive! 10/10 would recommend state 48! Thank you!
