Mike and his family took on a large and rather difficult job for a very fair price. They worked quickly and thoroughly with a lot of care put into details. They accommodated my needs and showed a lot of compassion for me and my situation. Highly recommended!
Mike did an excellent job cleaning the couch in my rental property, which had a lot of dog hair. Last minute, I also added vent/air duct cleaning, and I’m so glad I did. Mike and his son were incredibly thorough, communicative, and professional throughout the entire process. Before starting, he took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. His patience and level of customer service stood out. He’s a trustworthy individual, and I would highly recommend him!
I had an amazing experience with State 48 Cleaning Service LLC! Alex did an incredible job bringing my carpets back to life-they were heavily stained, and now they look so much lighter and refreshed. He cleaned 4 rooms, a loft, and the stairs, all in about 3 hours, and the results exceeded my expectations. Michael, the owner, was just as impressive. Best experience i've had in years. Mike and son Alex did an excellent job and i have no hesitation at all for having him back to clean our carpets. Mike and Alex are courteous, family orientated and exude a terrific work ethic.... halleluyah, an ethical business man.!!!!!
I called to ask about having my Oriental carpet cleaned. Since I have tile flooring, I was concerned it might be affected by the process but the process is a low moisture system so the whole experience was quick and professionally handled by Kyle. The drying time was less than two hours and I’m very pleased.
