The staff was friendly but someone needs to prioritize patients over party time. We were told there were 3 people ahead of us and then waited for 1 hour and 40 minutes to be seen. They take over 30 minutes per person? But then the doctor was only with us for 3 minutes. The whole time waiting, we heard the staff laughing, giggling and chatting like there weren't sick people waiting for medical care. 2 hours is too long of you're going to advertise as "quick" and "urgent" service.
Highly recommend. Very friendly and thorough staff.
Brought my boy here. It was a positive experience. He was too shy to talk to the doctor but told me afterwards “That was a nice man.” Also, this place is very reasonable. It was $86 per visit mid 2026 which is $70 cheaper than the Bluffton Fast Pace Urgent Care.
I didn't go to statcare...I went to the pharmacy out there by it. The ladies were all very nice & comforting. But the standing for a long period of time while they figured out my meds about killed me. And I still had to leave without them.
