This urgent care was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The receptionist assured me there would be a “short wait,” yet failed to mention the most critical detail: there was no physician in the building at all. I sat there while staff pretended everything was normal, only for a doctor to stroll in much later — and then I was pushed to the back of the line, despite being the first patient to arrive. This urgent care shattered any expectations I have about medical facilities. The people here are wonderful. I've been to a lot of hospitals and quick care places, and this is by far the best one. It sets the standard for what medical care should be, and you should expect no less. They are both urgent and care which is extraordinarly rare. This is what healthcare should always be. I'll hopefully never have to be back, but if I need a place, I'm going here first.

I would highly recommend everyone to go to statcare road field location because dr Rose pa and candice and staff are super professional and awesome and very caring it was my first time there and they are the best in town so far
