Professional from start to finish. Excellent service.
As a PICU/pedi Triage nurse living across the country, I called this location to see if they could help my family member by ordering some thyroid blood tests. I am left disappointed by our healthcare system for this one. The front desk person Candice, while telling the truth also mentioned to my family member that “it’s up to the doctor whether he wants to order the tests or not.” My family member left without speaking to a medical provider. Me and my wife were here from Waco on vacation visiting friends. My wife had a cough and some nasal congestion. She was seen promptly and treated promptly. Excellent urgent care center. I’m an ER nurse myself ; my wife is also a nurse. We recognize good service. Thanks again, would definitely recommend if you need urgent care here in Corpus Christi.
