I would give zero stars if possible! My 3 year old granddaughter was seen on 6/9/25 after she hurt her arm and wasn’t moving it. They said it wasn’t broken yet she still would not move it. My daughter immediately took her to Akron Children’s in Montrose and she is in a cast with a broken wrist!!!
This place is a joke. Online says they open at 7:00, but you have to “scroll down” to see that is only for labs/mammograms, etc. 8:00 shows up and I still can’t get checked in, so I had to walk up to the window to ask if they can at least get me going. Now the computers are down and I’m still sitting in the waiting room. It’s now 8:25 and still sitting here. The waiting room is full! They could have at least got me signed in so I was ready at 8:00. This Statcare facility is efficient the workers are friendly and it is not as busy as others in the area.
My daughter had a small puncture wound...2 weeks later it still hurt, and said she felt like something was stuck in her foot. Took her to this stat care and the doctor looked at it, scraped off the scab, handed her a bandaid and said there wasn't anything he could see wrong, it just takes time to heal. 9 days after being seen (nearly a month of pain at this point) I look at her foot and notice a raised black spot.
