We are snowbirds and needed to see a Dr. for some accute pain management. STAT Urgent care was recommended by Josiah Gonzalez. He put us in contact with Monica who set us with an appointment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The PA-C, James Hansler was very professional and thorough. He made sure he covered all the issues and then perscribed what he thought would be the best and most efficient medication. We saw positive results within a few hours of taking the medication. After a knee injury, I was treated by Sara Rismiller, PA, and Dr. Siman promptly and effectively. Great patient care by them and support staff (shoutout to Anna) will keep myself and my family lifelong patients.
Doctor actually listens and spends time with his patients. Staff is very nice and friendly :) highly recommend!
I was having problems trying to make a doctor's appointment in the Palm springs/Palm desert CA, area. I had called many Drs. offices and clinics due to my having pain iny ear and throat and and was unable to get an appointment. I stopped by STAT Urgent Care on Fred Waring drive in Palm desert, they accepted my Medicare and I was able to make an appointment for me to see Sara the Drs assistant.
