I had a 3 week follow-up with Dr. Dilworth or his Nurse Practioner (NP) on 2/03/26. This was to review the healing progress from the gallbladder surgery I had on 1/14. I had checked in online and supplied as much information as I could via the online portal. When I arrived for my 1pm appointment, I was quickly checked in, and Michelle, the in-take nurse, called me back within 5 minutes. Cancelled my appointment hours before seeing me. Was told that’s doctor was “on call” and was trying to free up appointments. I moved around things to make this work just to get canceled on! Extremely disappointed!
It’s a little difficult to find this place (iPhone Maps couldn’t guide me either), but the front desk was so sweet and guided me through it! The nurses are very friendly and professional. I felt at ease and 100% recommend this place!!
Caring minds, What a joke!! I unfortunately went here for a hernia repair. After the outcome of my surgery was poor, the hospital staff never contacted me after surgery. When I called them and sent emails they asked for pictures. I sent pictures. They left me with a softball size seroma. The office said it’ll go away in a year, is there anything else you need? I now have a very giant lump in my abdomen that was three times the size of my hernia. Then they sent me a bill. I have an appointment with another surgeon at another ... read more
