We had work done on a Saturday night, May 10th, for a leak dripping from our ceiling. Michael came, and worked quickly and efficiently to fix the problem. He was there by an hour from when the call went in. He even cleaned up when he finished the job. We thought everything was done with excellence!
This is totally UNACCEPTABLE from Allison Thompson of 'Stat Services Inc.' to allow your driver 'Jonathan Alcantar' driving your large commercial truck recklessly inside our peaceful Laguna Woods Senior Village hitting my husband's parked GMC truck. Your driver tried to get away. Fortunately my husband got a hold of him and got a copy of his drivers license. Avoiding my phone call is out of integrity on your part for taking responsibility. So professional. On time, responded to all my calls and questions. I would recommend this company to anyone. I had no worries, they took care of everything! Thank you STAT for all your hard work.
We called Scott with our mold problem and he was out at our place the next day. He was communicative and friendly. His crew did a great job protecting the rest of the house while the work was done and everything was cleaned up at he end of the project. Scott and his team made a very stressful mold situation quite easy to tackle. We were very happy with STAT Services.
