I am grateful to have found this company as it was the only one to accept my commercial insurance. I give the Home Health aid 5 stars . She was professional, came on time, and did exactly what was expected with a smile. She was a blessing. With regards to getting approvals for service, there seemed to be a disconnect between the company and my insurer (or third party company). They don't communicate, don't follow up and I have caught the rep in lies too many times. They don't do what they say they're going to day and I have to constantly contact them to get the service I need. I gave them a chance to fix issues but now it's time to move on. I don't recommend this agency to anyone.
