please do not go here if you need a doctors note for workmans comp. They told me i could get a note from them and that it was alright that its workmans comp only to have my time completely wasted and getting myself into a heap of trouble with my work!! The note i recieved did not say that i could return to work "full duty, no restrictions". I took it to work and they said that they couldn't take it unless it said "full duty no restrictions". They were great, but they mover to North Ocean Ave by the LIE with Starbucks, by LA Fitness. The they are now even bigger, cleaner, and more efficient.

You flip a coin when you go here, so if you can get to your pcp do that instead. I’ve gone here twice for a sinus infection, in and out with a prescription. I recently went for what I believed to be some type of staph or bacterial infection and the dr. disregarded my concerns saying that she would not prescribe an antibiotic until she got blood test results.
