Unfortunately, we cancelled our order from this local business. Their lack of customer service and poor people skills has forced our hand. They were rude, failed to call us back, insinuated we made up information we were told and treated us like our business was not important to them. Even as we tried to explain why we were canceling the order, they, rudely, continued to blame the lack of inventory. They took no responsibility for their poor service or employees and lack of communication with their customer.
RecommendedWe had been to 4 different appliance stores in search of a stove and microwave and had no luck finding what we wanted unless we wanted to wait till January for delivery, (back orders). On a whim we searched in Gardner and found Stasukelis Appliance and thank God we did!! We explained what we wanted picked out a stove and microwave, had a delivery date for 1 week out and all for a fantastic price. The installers were great, courteous, masked up and on time!! Don't ever buy anything with a mail in rebate, they promised me a $50 rebate with the purchase of a LG stove. After a year of trying to get my rebate LG says there was no rebate on that model and Stasukelis has been looking into it for me for the last month.
very upset with their customer service. I havre been a customer for many years, but never again.
Was told our parts that we ordered were in and also told what the hours were for today to pick them up. As my husband went in to purchase them, he was told NO PARTS today because they were overwhelmed because it was tax free weekend. Well he works 3rd shift..and literally stayed up to get the parts to be turned away??? Whole experience was great from beginning to end. Delivery guys were awesome!! Had to go through some hoops to get our old refrigerator out. Thank you!!!
Stasukelis is the best around. Great service always. I'll never go to a big box store again for appliances. This is the first and last place to go in the area.
