My stove had a fault code- I looked up the reason and it could be 2 things- control board or temp sensor. I asked Stasukelis if they could come test/tell me which part was faulty. The tech came and wouldnt test the 2 parts. He stated that it could be those 2 parts that were faulty ( i already knew this from the code) he then said the part was $345. I have shopped and been into this store before. I always thought it was a little sketchy but what I have witnessed now is not right. This is how "family" runs this business. They are RUDE to people over the phone. I saw John Stasukelis call his own mother a F'n C**T because she didnt relay information over the phone exactly how he wanted. He didn't know anyone witnessed this as I was working with another salesman at the time. Needless to say, I took my business to mannys. I will never return.
