Made an appointment. He never showed. Called him to reschedule, he never called back. No clue if he does good work or not but his customer service skill seem to be AWOL. He contacted us finally and we had a good chat and onsight inspection. Will update as things proceed. He's quite likable and attentive to our needs. Just not sure what happens next.
