Dr. John Stasikowski was my husbands Dr/Surgeon for many years until we moved out of state. My husband is a disabled combat Veteran and had also been in a bad accident. The Dr definitely had his work cut out for him in dealing with the complicated medical issues and he excelled at every task presented to him. The front office staff were great people to work with and made us feel right at home each visit. What a nightmare! The doctor was fine, as was the nurse. My visit was 4 months ago and it has taken the insurance person this long to file for my claim despite my repeated phone calls and requests to PLEASE file the claim. The insurance clerk's refusal to do so, even though my insurance company said they would take the late claim, was intensely frustrating.
