I have used Stashin Mortgage Services for a number of loans over the past 10 or so years. Just recently we purchased a home and closed in 3 weeks. Our realtor said it couldn't be done but Tim was superb in orchestrating everything and we closed right on time. I can't say he can do this every time but we were impressed and not only that, he was able to find a fantastic 30 year fixed interest rate for us. I would highly recommend talking to them if you are considering a refinance or new mortgage loan.
