Not a good experience at all, we arrived at the stasher location only to find nobody there, having taken the luggage from JFK to this location as we wanted to go to the museum. We called the number and left a message but to no joy speaking to customer support they suggested another location which did not work on the app other locations were too far to wall so Finally they were able to do a quick full refund which was the only saving grace.
