I had to Stash 2 small bags, The location is right in the hotel lobby. Overall experience was very smooth, Drop off and Pick up was very smooth and easy.

Using the website is real easy and convenient. I would like to give more stars as I thought it was really cool that with the confirmation email, I received suggestions about what I could do in the city. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed by the actual place where I was leaving my bag, which is why I can only give two stars. The guy at the register was unfriendly, and I just got a tag for my suitcase and had to leave it in a backroom. Great experience with these guys. Life-saver for a city trip not having to carry our bags around. App is slick and easy to use. Definitely recommend.

Slightly strained with having to heave suitcases up the staircase to reception but the staff were lovely and helpful. Great to be able to leave luggage safely whilst we could not get colour the city a little more before leaving.
