I had a really disappointing experience at this dealership. The owner had an extreme attitude from the moment I brought up my concerns. I pointed out a rust bubble on the vehicle, and instead of taking accountability, he blamed the weather for it. Anyone familiar with cars can clearly tell the difference between normal wear and a true rust bubble. Brought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from here earlier this year and had problems the next day and after they put another Engine in the Jeep it’s still not working & not the transmission is bad also. THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. And I’m stuck with a car note of over 13k. I got taken advantage of.
