I’ll start off by saying I’ve worked on desktops my whole life more or less, at some point between fixing my friends pcs and working on my own I got sick of it and decided to by a Lenovo laptop with a factory warranty. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at StarWest Computers. The guy working there was super nice, down-to-earth, and actually helpful without trying to upsell me or make me feel like I didn’t know what I was doing. Before coming here, my friend and I had shown our parts list to a couple other shops in the area (including one that tried to convince us to return everything and spend way more on stuff we didn’t need). My computer pretty much died i thought life was over. I was given a place to try and wow so glad I took that advice. I brought my pc in and met Josh. Very professional and listened to what I did to create this issue. He let me know he had a few ideas on what it may be and they will start as soon as they can. Thoroughly impressed with my entire interaction with StarWest. I spilled coffee on my laptop and took it in to have it looked at. The diagnosis was thorough and my options were explained to me in a clear manner. Still undecided on how I will proceed, but wanted to leave a review to say how awesome these guys were.
