My computer was a mess. Josh was incredible! Long story short, I was given realistic cost expectations, I was followed up with when things were taking longer than expected, and I was also educated. They always do a great job! They recently rebuilt a machine for us after a malware attack and after getting the computer home we couldn't get the 3 monitors to look right. Gave Josh a call, he logged in remotely and got it working in no time.
Amazing customer service. Bought a PC for my son that needed troubleshooting on the internet speed. Couldn't find an issue after we dropped it off, so they came to our house to confirm the setup at home. Setup was good as well, so they narrowed it down to a manufacturers issues that rarely happens between 1GB routers and 2.5 network cards.
Needed a laptop repair, saw the many positive reviews and 5.0 rating on google. Decided to give them a try. I had a 5.0 experience and would highly recommend these folks. Excellent service at a good price.
So helpful! They gave me more diagnostic info in 5 minutes than I could find on my own in 2 hours of googling and turning my PC on and off a million times. Next time I'm saving my time and just going straight here!
