Amazing customer service. Bought a PC for my son that needed troubleshooting on the internet speed. Couldn't find an issue after we dropped it off, so they came to our house to confirm the setup at home. Setup was good as well, so they narrowed it down to a manufacturers issues that rarely happens between 1GB routers and 2.5 network cards.

Been here twice now and Josh diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly both times. After replacing the burnt out Ram Josh walked me through how to reinstall windows over the phone, and since the motherboard was being buggy spent another 45 minutes or so in the store helping get the OS installed at no extra charge. Highly recommend

Needed a laptop repair, saw the many positive reviews and 5.0 rating on google. Decided to give them a try. I had a 5.0 experience and would highly recommend these folks. Excellent service at a good price.

Great customer service! Knowledgeable and friendly. Sean recommended several ideas/changes to what we wanted that worked better and saved us money. We are pretty computer illiterate, but Sean walked us through everything to get us up and running! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a computer that includes excellent customer service. Also, a bonus, we purchased our last computer from them in 2013 and only paid about 100.00 more for this computer than in 2013 (11 years later).
