I can’t say enough good things about my experience at StarWest Computers. The guy working there was super nice, down-to-earth, and actually helpful without trying to upsell me or make me feel like I didn’t know what I was doing. Before coming here, my friend and I had shown our parts list to a couple other shops in the area (including one that tried to convince us to return everything and spend way more on stuff we didn’t need). My computer pretty much died i thought life was over. I was given a place to try and wow so glad I took that advice. I brought my pc in and met Josh. Very professional and listened to what I did to create this issue. He let me know he had a few ideas on what it may be and they will start as soon as they can. Super great service with years of great experience. They were able to help me figure out what was wrong with my laptop in no time, even after it was fixed it still had issues but they told me to come back, and I wasn't charged for the one tiny issue. I will definitely come back and trust them again.

My computer was a mess. Josh was incredible! Long story short, I was given realistic cost expectations, I was followed up with when things were taking longer than expected, and I was also educated. One of the most important things is my files weren't lost AND my computer runs sooooooo much faster. Thanks to Josh and StarWest! I would absolutely recommend these guys. StarWest recently fixed a desktop computer for us. They were super fast and efficient. They fixed the problem quickly for a really reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!
