These guys are awesome. Did work on my desktop rebuild same day. Told them i was willing to pay more for an emergency service, they still charged very reasonably. Got it done within i think about 5 hours. Very happy with my pc upgrades. They even took my call answering my questions when one of the new components seemed to be having issues, which I am first attempting an RMA on the new ram sticks. My original iMac crashed on me, so I took it in to Josh. It was a complicated situation that took a little time, BUT.. he was able to retrieve and transfer everything from my crashed Mac into a newer, more updated and overall better Mac. I am very grateful he was able to get me (and my music) back up and running again in pretty short amount of time, and it didn't break the bank either. Very reasonable prices. It was a very good experience for me. He's a rockstar. I highly recommend Josh & Star West.

I took my laptop into the StarWest in Layton Utah. Everyone was very friendly when I walked in. Josh has years of experience. He was able to explain to me what to expect from the possible outcomes based on the problems my computer was exhibiting. The gentleman working there was really helpful in telling me my options and explaining everything to me, as someone who doesn't fully understand PC issues. He even helped me carry my PC into in and out of the shop without me asking him to! Very kind folks over there who will go above and beyond to help!
