I placed an order at 7:25 PM and was told the estimated delivery time would be approximately 35 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes with no update, I called and was told it would be another 20 minutes. Unfortunately, my order did not arrive until nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes after it was placed. During this time, I received no proactive communication about the delay.
